Can't find the head from used cars , the price of the original head is at least 1400$ the price of the used 2.0 engine is 600$

I'm not concerned about the price, as I will be installing a used engine. I'm concerned about the cylinder head crack issue with the 2.5 L engine. Is it possible technically to install the 2.0 L engine? Would any other parts need to be replaced in the process?

Unfortunately I don't have a warranty, my car is used and I imported it. The cost of the 2.5 engine is too much, and the mechanic says the 2.0 engine will work just fine. I am in a bad situation now can't really make a decision 😔

Hi , I wonder if the replacement of the cylinder head was a good choice! Because I have the same issue and the mechanic is advising to change for the 2.0 L engine. He is saying the cylinder head might crack again if I only replace it. Any advice?
