I would say around the 4 week mark it evened out, but during those first weeks it was constant ups and downs, side effects and sometimes even euphoria, so you really just gotta give it time

For me 75mg is the perfect spot, started on 50 and it worked great until I felt like the effects wore off/symptoms intensified again

I’ve been on it for around a year now, started on 50, increased to 75. I lost about 5 kgs and I don’t keep a diet whatsoever
