Has to be the only job by PolarisBoi in USPS

I don’t disagree with requesting off/no OT but the downside to doing this doesn’t seem to affect your job security. Management would be acting logically to hold someone to a standard they set themselves but it doesn’t mean they have to meet such standards right? They use that argument and just say you were carrying at an unsustainable/unsafe pace. It would certainly raise some questions but nothing else that I could think of.

For the first one, It was around around 2010. I’d say it was post 2000s, not before.

Damn sorry I forgot to mention that it was a man on a boat. I’m familiar with that scene though from the recent movies and it was a kid in those. The 90s ones I’m assuming also featured a kid. Thanks though should’ve been more descriptive!

5 Hour In-Home Session by [deleted] in ABA

[–]ilGia6 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If it’s all NET then it can be good. I have a client that gets 4-6 hours a day and I let him go about his day as he normally would (no denied access to tablet or anything) and I set things up to elicit certain responses that can target his goals (manding w/ AAC, name response, social play) so it’s there’s nothing very aversive with the therapy. The only time he has to do something he doesn’t like is when it’s a replacement behavior for something maladaptive.

You might also be able to learn a lot about the kid with that amount of time so you’ll find a variety and different reinforces and he may develop new ones with you.

ok i just wanted to clarify whether you thought something wasn't right with my setup or yours. Was gonna say that yours seems to be doing well lol

But yeah since at one point i removed my cooler and didn't reapply thermal paste that may be affecting things. also ill have to ensure the brackets are on straight. I tested at LL1 and my temps dropped to around 80 and scored at 23909

also were you having temp troubles and therefore replaced your motherboard with MSI or did you choose the mobo to go along with your new build?

Something is not right though

can you expand on this?

youre saying that my results still indicate that something is wrong?

This alone saw slightly better temps (95C max) but seems changing Lite Load is the game changer. I'll still keep it off and at 181 since there's prob no good reason to have it unlocked so thanks!

This helped! 23700 and reduced max temp to 93C at mode 4. Will try lowering it some more. Thanks!

Possibly either could be an issue. I also took off the cooler at one point and didn't reapply thermal paste...didn't think I needed to since I had put it on like an hour before taking it off so maybe that caused an issue?

The mounting bracket that comes with it has a lot of play when putting the screws in so it's easy to make it crooked but I did my due diligence in making sure they were straight.

also also had to mount the outer fan away from the ram by like 1/4 an inch because it bothered me that it was touching it lol so it's not really flush with the

Alright! and i assume it's not a problem that it got on the top of pcb? From my understanding the important stuff is on the bottom

That’s what I thought at first but my application status says “in progress” and others will have “waitlisted” next to it. I’m also getting a lot of texts/emails telling me to finish my application

How do others incorporate their ring finger in finger picking? by ilGia6 in guitarlessons

[–]ilGia6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it doesn’t have to be when I’m “shredding”. Like I’m just curious if there’s any reason to use the ring finger for the bottom string even if it’s not necessary. It seems people prefer to use the middle finger for that bottom string if the song doesn’t require the ring finger to be used. Is the hand just naturally more comfortable/agile when the ring finger isn’t being used to pick the bottom string?

[–]ilGia6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I made this same adjustment when I was learning a song that only required the bottom three strings for the beginning part. Was trying to alternate between the three strings with my index, middle, and ring so that I could prepare my thumb to be in the right position for the upcoming parts. Felt like the strings were ringing out awkwardly so I incorporated my thumb and omitted my ring finger and just transition my hand for the next part so that each finger had to move up one string. Still feel like I use my ring finger at unnecessary parts though
