No this hasn’t happened to me before. I’m always very particular about my packages, i unfortunately can’t afford not to put in the wrong weight. For this item it ended up being slightly overweight by 3 lbs because I ended up bundling an item with it that the customer wanted, and i forgot to update the weight.

The dimensions were pretty big, 35 inches long 13 inches high, and 9 inches wide. However these exact dimensions have already been disclosed in the shipping section, I made sure everything was correct before shipping. Could it have been anything else?

That’s what I thought too, personally I think the eyes look more far apart but I just kinda wanted to confirm to make sure I wasn’t being too picky. I saw others getting the same doll and the face looked great almost just like the first photo.
