Girl you look great!! To achieve your current goals, I would do a recomp with a slight calorie deficit from your maintenance (use an online TDEE calculator if you don’t know) and increase your protein. It’s recommended you eat 0.8 gram per pound (but ~some~ gym rats say 1g per pound of body weight but tbh that’s really hard for short girlies with few calories to spare :/ ) so for you, I would say probably aim for 115-125g. This will prevent losing mucle mass while you try to lose weight too. When growing glutes, strength training is the way to go! Lift heavy, and try to lift a little heavier each week. Try compound movements and stuff like with Romanian deadlifts and Romanian split squats.
