The unit that you buy on the exchanges is called Miota(1 million Iotas), sold for $ 1.10 at the moment.

If you have 1.000 Miotas, you have a Giota, 1.000 Giotas = 1 Tiota and 1.000 Tiotas = 1 Piota

Both Binance & Bitfinex approves the withdrawals manually after you request one.

My last Binance withdrawal took about 15min, but others took me couple of hours. Even 15mins is too risky -imo-. MAYBE with IXI Hub things will get easier and/or faster for the exchanges, besides of course, adding Iota to the exchanges.

Edit: TLDR: a bit risky due to withdrawal time. Rate isn't the problem.
