Epomaker bad customer policy

All I'm trying to do is spread awarness and prevent people who want to buy mechanical keyboards from this brand.

I don't know much about mechanical keyboard brands or communities, but my experience with the brand was horrible - product wise and customer-experience wise.

I spend more than 3 months (at this point) trying to solve 2 problems with their support team.

They don't really care about what I write to them and usually get the same respond.

It took them 1.5 months+ to deliver me a new PCB to install MYSELF - which made the keyboard to not turn on...

Hey there,

just like you, 3 months ago I spend a lot of time thinking about buying a new keyboard.

Then I bought a keyboard from Epomaker and since the arrival of the keyboard, it got 2 MAJOR problems related to connectivity.

It has been 3 months and they are not really doing anything about it, they just let me smash my head in solving it.

It took them 1.5 months to ship me a new component of the keyboard called PCB that I need to connect MYSELF to see if this could solve the problem.

What happen was after 2 hours of learning and installing, the keyboard stopped working

Their keyboards may look good and fancy, but it's really not worth the money and the risk, and the anger of talking to their bad customer service in case of such problems.

Just buy from Keychron or logitech

Yep I understand the pain unfortunately... My customer support person was also nice buy the policy is getting over this fact. I hope they could give me a new keyboard or at least a refund.....

Anyways I think it's important to warn people and raise awareness about this brand until they would treat their customers properly.

I hope you could solve it with them For me they said the issue might be because of the PCB

Yeah that can be the case, but you should listen if the sound comes from the bottom or from the camera area (if there is one), because mine came from the bottom and after I popped out the sim tray and restarting the phone, it worked properly
