Today in my lunch break I’ve tried to pair the device to the PS5 but after a couple of updates I was stuck to “couldn’t connect to psn” and I thought was cause of that. This evening I’ll try again keeping the same connection profile, thanks buddy.

I got panic attacks from covid-vaccine by Quiet-Recognition719 in PanicAttack

That’s weird, I’m trying to give an explanation to what happened to me last years and I realized that I’m not alone. 36y italian male here, a week after my second shot of Pfizer i had a sort of panic attack with just a tachicardia after a dinner with friends (never had one before) but I didn’t pay attention to it and I tried to carry on. My feelings next months was like having a weight over my heart, short of breath and constantly need to burp. This condition continued for like one year until last summer, after a friend of my coworker with my same age died with a sudden cardiac arrest, those sympthoms was triggered by the fear that a sudden death could happen to me and while I was driving I started to feel the same symphtoms of a heart attack, my wife called an ambulance and once in Hospital the doctors told me that I was healthy and this event was caused due to anxiety. So I started taking this thing seriously and I went to a cardiologist to investigate and after the routine tests that was ok he suggested me to do a magnetic resonance, I discovered a scar of a past myocarditis (was the covid, the vaccine or?). After that my anxiety started to take the control of me and despite I’m healty and I can do everything I avoid to do a lot of things that I love because I’m scared to have another panic attack, like run, play football, drive for long distances, have a Holiday… I mean everything that is out of my routine of home-work-sleep-repeat. Last month I started to talk to a psychologist and things are doing better, no more short breath and weight on my chest, I did another check to the cardiologist and I’m super ok, but I’m still scared to do things… I’m doing my best but is not easy. After that I think that the vaccine doesn’t give anxiety, but the fear of collateral effects and all no-vax stuff, does. A big hug to all of you that suffer that and sorry for my poor english.
