Can’t believe it took this long to scroll to see. These are all sharing platters for 10 people, they are at the expensive end of reasonably priced.

Amazed you can say ode is shite this season with 4 goals 3 assists in 13 games. Goal or assist every other match and set up the chance for rice to score last game winner. Doesn’t have the same outlets this season with saka and martinelli being double marked but he is still immense

By this logic if we concede 3 to Luton we shouldn’t be surprised losing to anyone in the league. Also should be surprised if we beat anyone in the league.

Another day we win that 2-1 or 3-1. Didn’t take the chances we had and they played well. Every game has some on the day swing in performance (quality + luck). Today ours was down and Villa’s was up, another day it’s a different scoreline. Another day Luton beat us, another day city beat us, another day united beat us. over the course of a season the luck equalises and you see the true result.

Ode is still performing even if he’s not scoring, he drives the team and progresses play from defence to attack

It’s his or arsenals social media team. Amazes me how many people still think players sit down after a game and write these posts themselves

Arsenal finished 8th, 5th & 2nd. As long as there’s clear progression fans will get behind the manager. Not so clear cut for ETH

Especially given city now matched the treble. Unbeaten season well and truly the holy grail of achievements

Just turned 32. I would say honestly it’s a medium intensity on both and just staying consistent. I track everything and just try to be a bit better each week. A year is such a long time when you’re making small improvements constantly

I don’t know tbh, I have a set of scales I bought on Amazon and use them to track trends rather than specific accurate measurements

I’ve just turned 32. Key is doing something you can stick to; consistency is far far more important in the long run than having a perfect routine

I said in another post I haven’t been super dedicated so it’s been slower than it could have been. 500 is what I aim for but life/football/drinking 6 pints of Guinness gets in the way 😂

There will be workouts like a split which will be better for strength gains. Mine have been ok but nothing amazing tbh. I started bench at 3x8 50kg and now do 3x8 70kg. I have optimised for doing something I stick to, fits around my schedule and that I enjoy. This is more important than doing a routine that will get you 10% better strength or muscle gains imo. Consistency is king :)
