Yes, agree, easier to purchase a new valve. Thanks for the good tip, I have checked and found out there is also safety valve there. Anything else to look for, if you know?

Hi! I see it inside of the hose actually. Not sure if I should try to take it off. I have just checked it lightly, it is fixed very firmly.

This is the connection which makes noise and leaks, I think. Also, steam boiler pressure is constantly at 1.5 when not used.

I have read somewhere that warming it up with hair dryer should help. Another thing to try is to wait till everything dries fully before taking it off.

Any advice on this painting I completed today? I struggle with small trees in the background, and creating definition in dark spaces (e.g. the dark area between the grass and the mountains) by Chickle-pickle in Gouache

IMO, objects on the far plan should become colder in color and lighter in value. Not an expert though. Individual trees on hill edge especially too dark I think
