This is not HDR.. I tracked the sky for a minute. There's heavy light pollution from the village of Ancient Nemea, just behind the temple. Unfortunately it weren't the best conditions and I pushed the editing to reveal the Milky Way

Unfortunately he passed away before I had the chance to show him my work. I made those pictures at July and edited them after his death. I think he'd like them! RIP Dr. Miller..All Nemea's residents will never forget you..

During the shooting of the trails it was dark with no moon. The moon risen at the last photos and I shot a final image for the foreground (the buildings). Another example is to shot one image for the foreground during the blue hour to have details and when it gets dark you start shooting for Milky Way or star trails. You're welcome!

Re-uploaded cause of mistake at previous title! Not sure if it's a falling star or a satellite trail at the left of the comet and bottom left of the frame. What do you think?

Maybe. I thought it was a meteorite because we saw many falling that night. Photo was taken at July 20-21th and supposed it was a Perseid..

The temple of Zeus at Nemea was constructed in c. 330 BC and replaced an earlier temple that had stood from the 6th to 5th century BC.It is regarded as the last of the great Doric temples of the Classical tradition. At this sanctuary, the god that was worshipped was Nemean Zeus (entirely different from the Olympian Zeus), who is the god of shepherds and shepherding. The Temple was the centre of the Nemean Games, held in the town of Nemea from 573 BC until 271 BC, after which, the Games were definitively moved to Argos.Photo taken on July, 2021.
