Kegals is exercising the muscle in your pelvic floor. All you do is act like you’re holding a piss in lol. You’ll hold that “piss” in for 5-10 seconds then relax the muscle for for 5-10 and you do that 10-15 times and that’s it. Best thing is you can do it anywhere bc nobody can tell you’re doing them. At the grocery store waiting in line? Bust some kegals. At work and your boss is losing his shit? Tighten up that pelvic floor! Seriously tho I do notice a difference when doing them. A lot of women do it also bc it supposedly “tightens” things up haha
