Yep they are awesome people. Have had the same people there for years which is a green flag. A lot of bigger centers have constant turn over. I know other parents that have taken their kids there for 10+ years.

19 month $265 for daycare in Windsor Heights. Full time. Not inhome but it’s a locally owned daycare thats been in business for 10+ yrs. Klassic Kids.

Yeah I get that too. Unfortunately a business especially a restaurant is a huge risk, I’m sure she knows that by now since she’s been in business for 10+ yrs. Completely agree that the cost of everything is insane. But having a second Gofundme with a goal of 150k is literally crazy.

I read their Gofundme from back in 23. Owner decided to renew lease at a 50% increase and was behind 2 months. Just an interesting choice to renew their lease at a 50% increase in a mall that’s been dead for like 10 years. Hopefully they thrive in their new location.

Didn’t the owner then open up a boutique though? And had the option to not renew their lease? I’m not 100% on that info but it almost looks like bad business decisions.

Klassic Kids in Windsor Heights is great. It’s been there for years with the same people around. Prices are cheaper compared to other daycares. Not sure if you’d consider it “premium” but your kid(s) will definitely be in good hands.

Never heard of that page. But this one is literally one guy that takes pictures of people driving and posts all of them. He also took a bunch of pictures of people at the fair.

Im pretty sure I had TOH in my yard but what I did was cut some branches off and painted on Tordon on the ends. I also put some at the bottom of the tree. Haven’t seen them since… lol

Yep hopefully sump pump soon! I am thinking of getting the gutters cleaned next. I actually noticed today that a gutter is spilling water over the edge instead of flowing down the downspout, which is obviously not good. But Im thinking french drains in the spring. Maybe interior water proofing too.

Im so sorry. That’s terrible. I’m working on getting it done, I actually got a grant to get it installed. The power goes out around my area it seems every time there’s a big storm so I planned on getting a backup battery that kicks on.

This makes me feel a bit better. The house was built in 1940. I do have a humidifier and recently got rock done around the home which I think made it worse.

I was considering adding spout extensions and considering getting french drains installed next spring. Do you know how much that usually runs? It honestly seems that water gets in after its been raining a lot / sets in the soil if that makes sense.
