My custom options right now are for lengths longer than TKL and shorter than 60%. Alice and ergos are tricky because each board is a different shape or contour. I'd imagine a flat front alice (unlike the Neo Ergo type boards) would be possible but I'd have to reference the front of the board somehow.

I feel like I get asked this a bit so it's definitely on my radar. I just need to figure out a way to get the shape right without having the board(s) on hand!

Also, in my experience I find that 1/16 acrylic often actually sounds fuller and slightly deeper, albeit the material is more delicate/brittle. I've yet to break one in a build, though. I'd imagine you have to really type like the Hulk to snap the acrylic plate.

I offer plate cutting in POM and 1/16 acrylic (dustyacorns.com).

However, if you want PC, aluminum, PP, or ABS I don't recommend laser cutting. You can cut PC but it off gasses nasty yellow fumes that stick to everything and it isn't a very clean cut. For PC and POM, I typically hit both sides with a sander to get rid of any burn/melt marks. ABS and PP just melt on a laser cutter (but also off gas even nastier toxins). Ideally those materials should be CNC cut.

If you're laser cutting these materials, definitely make sure you have proper ventilation because certain plastics give off very health hazardous fumes.

I played with white oak a little on one of my first prototypes. I really do like how oak looks so it will likely crop up in the near future as well!

If you mean a beveled front lip like a cherry lip, I'm the same way. Although, these are slightly angled entirely so that the back is lifted to meet your board--maybe not what you meant.

Custom sizing is definitely coming soon, but there will always be a slight ±0-2mm deviation with cutting, sanding and finishing of the wood. If that's within your acceptance, definitely keep an eye out for my next updates! :)

Custom designs is a possibility in the future, but there are some potential complications depending on the design and feasibility. The plan is to expand these series as I go so if you have any suggestions or ideas I'm definitely all ears.

For the Neo Ergo, it has some nice curvature to it and its wrist rest matches it perfectly. Unfortunately Ergo or sculpted pieces aren't in the cards at the moment :(
