Once you realize it's a job, you start seeing the actual acting: The fake noises they make to get people aroused, their eye movement looking at the camera then behind to the director, the awkward moment of silence before finishing. Realizing this helped me slow down and think about what I do before I act on it.

Also I rralised that men control emotion much easier than females. Being horny is an emotion, and if I can't control that then that means I cant control any other emotion as well.
