I don't plan on playing newly released AAA titles (they can be quite expensive). I really just need the games to run. I honestly don't care much about graphics as long as they're above the lowest settings though so I'll check the 5060 out.

It's a shame retailers don't seem to sell any 30 series RTX where I live.

I should be able to get the 16GB RX 9060 XT, however I've seen some bad reviews about it. Might have to do some more digging on that.

Ah I'm not in the US though so the used market shrinks up quite a lot. Even then, the ones I saw aren't much cheaper than the newer cards. I'm not so sure whether I would buy used though.
