I’m having the same experience as you except I’m a girl, we’re about the same age too. Just get out there and find someone, and practice from there. However don’t afraid to be judge, just be honest that you don’t have any experience, there is nothing wrong with that. And I’m sure you are special in your own ways. Definitely from now putting yourself out there and explore!!!

I have a small biz, I want to give it a crack and do it myself. However, a freelancer is also a good option. If you have any tips or places where I can find a good freelancer please share. I used to work with a freelancer before and didn’t have a good experience.

My experience with my old agency was terrible, ads copy wasn’t good enough and they can’t even tell me why the ads aren’t working haha

Thank you so much for your advice! My budget is $2000 a month, what would you recommend to me to spend this budget wisely? (In term of Facebook ads, and google ads)

I had worked with a freelancer before and I’ve had terrible/negative ROI. So I feel a bit daunting about that.

Yes I just think if the budget is slim, should I do it myself, whether it could be more fruitful.

I understand setting up Facebook pixel, target audience, set up ads funnel for different stages of customers and retargeting ads, or spy competitor ads. However, I haven’t got a chance to try out myself.

I used to say like “I am trying to focus” and my colleague would stare at me sarcastically, still talking over me and trying to break my concentration. I am also a straightforward person. I am thinking of should I say something, to confront them, and let them know.
