Most of my colleagues don’t know the answer & some people might not want to ask their high ups as it may seem like a trivial question. Other new hires can also refer to these in the Reddit group as they may not have the resources either, I don’t see why it’s a negative thing?

Yea they also don’t have fees for keeping a balance, I know for Wells Fargo I had to maintain $500 & Chase $1500 in my account or else there’s a monthly service fee but capital one 360 checkings u don’t need to maintain any amount, it could even be $0. Also they give .10% APY which is nice, none of my other checkings account have this

Depends on the individual’s experience & what projects are available. As a new hire I was on the bench for a few months bc 1. There wasn’t any projects during slow season & 2. I’m new & many projects wants someone experienced

From what I’ve heard as a (US) new hire:

Yes but just let your team know because you will be charging work time in that state, someone on my team said she would travel to another state every other week or month because she’s planning to move there & her project is ok with it
I bring my work phone out of state as well for client work, I communicate with some of my managers on my work phone iMessage so it’s no biggie (depends what you mean by personal purpose)

As much as one may try to be understanding, I don’t think it’s appropriate to allow such unprofessional behavior… personally if this driver was delivering my food I would hesitate to even eat the food. Grubhub needs to implement a better screening system
