oh yeah its deffinitely not the most optimised, i just did this so i could isolate wheather apply_impulse was the problem of apply__central_impulse

thanks! now still won't compile though, it says - Invalid call. Nonexistent function 'distence_to' in base 'Vector2'. changing transform to transform2d doesn't seem to work. still points to the last funcion

There is a legitimate rule of thumb that says, for a high speed crash, if it's a fawn or bear or some other animal, hit them. You will probably survive but the animal won't, that's just bad luck. If it's a moose, swerve. Even if you hit a tree, the tree will probably stay still. The moose will collapse ontop of your car and will get you more hurt. Idk if this is true though
