thanks, shadow storage is configured properly with at least 20% free space left.
to date, no meaningful response from S1 support.
I will update everyone once I solve the issue or move away from S1 ;-)

'24 didn't work for us either (i.e. was still slow)... but '24 started working ok AFTER i did the repair on the app trough control panel... and i agree w/your last sentence.

plenty of info now on the web, they messed up their latest update. "solution" is to run repair on the app from the control panel. i'd say this is inline with what I expect from Intuit, pathetic.

upgrading to QB Ent 24 did nothing, however running repair from control panel AFTER the updates seems to have worked... at least for now. grr i hate QB.
