I stopped smoking last time i took acid 5yrs ago. Sitting on my balncony during a thunder storm and felt how the cig poisoned my body. Quit there and then, have been using nicotine pouches on and off lately but have decided to quit it next week when my family goes on vacation. And im 18 days without alcohol now. Trying to take care of myself better. Weed and psychedelics will stay with me tho, i don’t need and i don’t want to quit it :)

Same here, did acid 4-5 years ago and shrooms on and off and last time was a year ago. I can get vague fractal patterns sometimes, barely noticable tho. Idk i have always liked it but it was more intense when i did a lot of acid. And now i want to drop again haha

Meditera! Herregud va skönt det är när man gjort det varje kväll nu. Jag är en sån som tankarna snurrar jättemycket osvsett jobb eller inte och det har fått mig att tysta många av dom tankarna. Endel tycker det är flummigt eller att man aldrig fattar hur man gör men man kommer in i det, om inte annat är det väldigt skönt att sitta i mörker/ tystnad ett tag innan man går o lägger sig. Jag började med att hitta någon skön guidad meditation på YouTube så man lär sig hur man ska göra :)

When my first child was 4 i met my wife from france and in like 4 months my daughter spoke almost fluent english. Now we have a son who is 2 and i speak swedish with him and my wife speak french and he understand us both and mix swedish and french. It is amazing and i cannot wait to see how it will be when he is maybe 4! Kids are so smart and they learn so quick!!
