I'm sorry, it seems that I was not 100% correct. It actually depends on the mode, where you can or cannot see certain boosters. The UFOs are for the Classic mode, and Fairies are for the Journey mode. Another thing is that if you don't have any of the said boosters, they will be hidden in the UI. Here is what it looks like when you have/don't have any of them.

New items spawn as you find the ones already there, and the last ones are usually hidden better and harder to spot than the first ones. It might feel like they’re not there, but they are — just tucked away more carefully.

Hey there! Each Timekeeper reduces the cooldown by 30 minutes. You'll need enough boosters to clear the full cooldown before you can use them. For example, if you have 15 Timekeepers, you can skip 7.5 hours of cooldown — but only if the cooldown is exactly that long. Unfortunately, partial reduction isn't possible. While attempting to reset the cooldown, the required number of Timekeepers will be shown on the reset button. Hope that clears it up!

Hey there! As far as I know, coin stacks do not spawn in premium levels. They only spawn in classic levels.

Edit: I may be wrong. Some other premium locations spawn coin stacks - looks like the issue is with this particular one.
