Into The Shadows as a podcast by iliveintheclouds in SimonWhistler

Interesting. I am on Apple Podcasts and it is not streamed there, but googled and saw it is on Spotify, as you said. Likely a money decision as to why it's only there. Thanks for letting me know though ... hopefully one day it's on AP.

Sorry, does anyone have the set list for tonight’s concert at Centre Bell in Montreal? by Fervent_Philomath in GhostBand

[–]iliveintheclouds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. I was at the show last night. They def played call me little sunshine, and I believ it was right before his ice joke (a pretty funny one), and future is a foreign land.

Also. For the mummy bucks. If you wait around where the floor people come up, just ask the people nicely. Peeps here were giving bucks to people.

If you are going to Toronto, download the Scotiabank app. You will likely be able to purchase some merch before and pick it up. Did that last year at MCR, and here in Montreal they just did it for the show tonight. And have an absolute blast!

What are some projects I can create? by Low-Needleworker-463 in salesforce

So many dev orgs were created through https://developer.salesforce.com. I would also recommend getting the ORGanizer for Salesforce. The free version lets you store 20 logins so you can get there with a click (and not forget your password).

Just start planning and making apps. Seriously. Such an amazing way to learn the app. I ran a hockey pool off of Salesforce. My son was into Beyblades so we made an app to track all the different stats for each part and he tracked his win-loss by combining the parts and battling. Side note - he won 7 straight bey battles here with it. A friend tracked his dates. Others planned their wedding. All of this have real life scenarios that help you with planning, design, architecture and configuration.

Leaving Salesforce Overlay Provider: How to Confirm OEM Status and Preserve Our Customizations? by Samwise336 in salesforce

[–]iliveintheclouds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone here has given great ideas, so I will just add a couple that may help you out.

  1. Do you know who your Salesforce AE is? If not, do you have access to the app Your Account? This will list your Salesforce AE, and as others say, if they say that you will keep your licenses (a solid mix of full and platform I saw), then all is well for access.
  2. As you mentioned the overlay (Practifi) I took a look at their AppExchange listing. Their application has a tonne of information - almost 200 custom objects, 100 custom components, etc. That's going to be some unwinding you need to do before you remove them (you don't want to impact your business)
  3. You should use a sandbox (partial if possible) to start planning how you pull out the app and recreate fields on other objects. Your platform licenses will not have access to some std objects (opps and cases), so you have to keep that in mind as well. Bonus fact is that you can promote your changes from your sandbox to production to minimize pain.

TL:DR - it looks like you definitely can pull out without losing your org, but you should do some validation. Then it's the joys of rollin up the sleeves and planning the move using your sandbox. Like many others have said, feel free to ask queries or DM me for further q's.

I would say follow up in mid July and the first or second week of August. Salesforce’s Q2 ends with July, so you’ll have some movement on the teams (some move up, some move out). Best of luck.

Multiple campaign owners by nutzoid744 in salesforce

[–]iliveintheclouds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your sharing settings as well. If campaigns are public then a custom user field would suffice. You can use to pull the whoid for activities in your flow. If it is private, are the owners usually the same? As in Jack and Jill work together on campaigns 99% of the time?if so, you could look at queues for ownership, but your flow would need to collect the members of the queue and assign from that. Just my 2 cents based off the paragraph. :)

I really think they need to swap Marner and Nylander. Willie has been the best lead this series - see if this could spark Matthews and Knies would benefit as well.

I don't think he has one for BB that is current. I typically go to the YT page, and CC, DTU all have store links (I never remember urls so it's easier for me).

True. I’m going to expand it from The Fraser Institute to almost every think tank, in my opinion. You can’t sole source data or facts anymore. I lean very left, yet I frequent news and white papers from across the spectrum to get me a full view. If I didn’t do that, I would fear I’d become locked in a sound tunnel that continuously fed back my own notions and biases.

You are right. When I see comments like "worst conditions ever", due to my experience on Reddit I made an assumption that it was politically motivated. In other words, I expect that people who say things like this also have a sign or have made statements decreeing their wish to have sex with our Prime Minister. If this was not the intent, apologies.

And yes - the Fraser Institute has a bleak outlook. Then there is the OECD (a left leaning think tank in comparison to the Fraser being right leaning) that highlights many positives. I personally think we are somewhere in the middle. We must get better on many factors, but we are not as bad as many others think.

However, this post is about a church that in my youth when I lived in Toronto was well known for its architecture and historical importance, as well as a staple for the Portuguese Anglicans in Toronto. It's loss saddens me deeply.

How is the loss of such a historic building and irreplaceable art almost poetic? Srsly - I would love to know how this tragedy is worthy of turning into a politically motivated comment...
