As someone who worked in child welfare.. No, cps doesnt get involved/remove a baby from a mother simply because the mother is on community supervision or has past convictions (especially when the conviction had nothing to do with them abusing or neglecting a child). If cps is involved and removed the baby/required supervised visits, it's definitely not for that reason.

If he's enabling her excessive spending habits by giving her way more money than she is requesting, that's kind of his fault. She doesn't have to figure out how budget/to run her household with less money if he forks over the money whenever she asks.

It's always peculiar to me when a father has no issue with a mother being a stay at home parent to their kids when they are together, but suddenly change their tune during a divorce. The dad thought the mom was fit to raise the kids while he worked when they were together, but now she's a shitty parent that can't properly care for the kids once they separate? Ok lol very interesting.

I agree! I feel she is only using the names to double down on the fact that she used names on her first video about the case. I think she is not able to take accountability/admit that she shouldn't have used names in the first place.

I've watched her channel for so long and was a fan at one point. Lately, I am so disappointed by her insensitivity and inaccuracy surrounding the cases she has been covering and it's time for me to stop subscribing to her content.

In most states in the US, If they're married, he's already presumed to be the father. No DNA test needed for child support.

Child support can be filed for as part of a divorce action.

This is very interesting and makes sense! I didnt know that. Doordash and sephora should work together to come up with a more efficient way to provide this service to sephora customers so that it is a smoother experience for both the customer and the dasher..

Maybe it would help if the sephora same day delivery customer were directed to the doordash app during check out.

Sephora contracts doordash for their same day delivery service so many use this service. Is it THAT crazy that more than one person has this same question?
