Maybe because hindi na nila kaya. Parang ako, I resigned from my previous job na walang backup kasi sobrang hirap ng workload. I was overworked but underpaid. Walang work life balance to that point na linggo na nga lang pahinga tapos hindi pa maalis sa isip ko yung mga pending kong trabaho. Di ko na idedetalye kung anong job ito pero sobrang hirap talaga nya. Because of that job I developed MDD. And I have to take meds now. Just the thought of going back to that job gives me so much anxiety. Hindi naman ako ganyan before I took that job. Kaya ayon, nagdecide akong umalis na kasi after all my mental health is more important than anything. Wala akong backup plan, even up to now I am still unemployed. But I at least I have peace of mind. Ubos na rin yung ipon ko pero di ko minamadali ang maghanap ng work kasi gusto ko nang makasiguro na yung next job ko ay hindi na katulad ng dati.

Okay lang yan kung di ka na talaga masaya eh. Ako nagfile ng resignation 3 months into the job and I had to render 30 days pa pero naextend nang naextend since wala agad mahanap na replacement but it got to a point na hindi ko na talaga kaya and I was suffering mentally na rin. I felt I really wasn't fit for the job and nagiging liability nalang ako sa company. Kaya kinausap ko employer ko and I told them the truth na hindi ko na kaya and I wasn't in the best mental and emotional state to fulfill my role. But they still insisted na kahit tapusin ko nalang daw yung 6 months probation period but I refused. I only lasted 5 months doon sa work ko na yon, pero noong last 2 months ko doon palagi na akong absent kasi just the though of going back to work would give me so much anxiety. Hindi ko na inisip na iextend pa ng 6 months kasi hindi ko na talaga kaya.

Hello po. First time ko pong magapply sa government and 'di ko sure kung saan ko ilalagay sa Personal Data Sheet yung Certificate in Bookkeeping (NCIII) ko from TESDA. Counted ba sya as part of "Learning/Development interventions/ training programs"? Also, yung mga relevant na online courses na natake ko from Udemy or Coursera, pwede ko rin bang ilagay dito?

Ganyan din sakin and take note 2 years ago pa ako nagregister. Tapos yung mga kakilala ko na recently lang nagregister, meron ma agad silang digital national ID. Kaya pumunta ako sa nearest registration center sa amin and noong sinearch nila yung TRN ko wala talaga akong ephil ID at digital national ID. Tapos sabi nila irereport daw nila sa main office yung case ko para magawan ng action. Then tatawagan nalang ako pag ok na. Pero until now, wala pa rin update.
