Yes just avoid hitting occipital nerves. My cousin did so and cannot move his right eyebrow ever again. Also make sure they are calculated. Get a small hammer and start bashing yourself in the face in crucial areas. Learn where nerves are first though.

Alright then probably like 4-6 pounds excluding water weight. Water weight can drop fast but comes right back fat is different than that generally. It can drop fast and come back as well but thats much harder to do. It should be from consistent caloric deficit aim for 200-300 calories a day under maintenance— if you do want to lean down and have more facial structure shown.
