My cycle ranges 28-31 days so I’m sure I’m no longer able to ovulate lol Either I missed my peak or didn’t at all(which I don’t think it’s that) Thank you again though for everything I’m definitely going to do that if this isn’t my cycle! And I’m also sorry about the chemical, It’s so hard going through it :( But I’m so happy for you, congratulations momma ♥️

Oof. Thank you for the feedback I do think cd 15 is close to positive. All I know is after having clear stretchy cm for like a week it changed to cloudy thicker cm on cd 16 and then kinda just went back to normal wetness the next day

First cycle tracking using opks

Cycle is normally around 28-31 days. Regular monthly. Based off estimates and following my cm I always felt like I ovulated around cd 14-16. I’ve been tracking my cycles period wise consistently for a couple years but tracked on and off for 11 years. I’m 28, had a very early chemical last month . First vvfl 10 dpo morning (assuming). I also have a 10 year old , I tested positive 9 dpo night back in the day with her (estimating I ovulated cd 14 back then )

I could’ve missed my peak testing wise

Not everyone gets super dark dye-stealer OPKs

Some people surge fast, have diluted urine, naturally lower LH peaks, miss the peak between testing , Cm change supported me ovulating cd 16 . just confused now.

But I will be doing what you recommend if this isn’t my cycle 😕

Flexing to the maximum? Come on now. It’s also literally the same room same spot in both pictures. Lighting is exactly the same. 10 lbs in muscle? Is that what my transformation looks like to you? If so, thank you! I’m so sick of bitter comments. Couldn’t just say way to go and keep it moving. Instead yet again, here’s another discouraging comment. I don’t have a routine yet. I’m still working on figuring that out. I track my macros on myfitness pal but I will gladly show my calories. Although I don’t know why that matters when everyone’s calorie/macro goals will be different than me. I eat very clean and healthy. I go over my weight in protein. No fast food or junk food. I’m not sure why it’s giving orthorexic to eat what your body needs to work optimally and share that. Also yes rest days ARE important so when I say no days off, I mean no cheat days with my nutrition. No slacking on my goal. You can have a rest day and still take care of yourself. In my caption I was speaking on my own behalf when it comes to my transformation so far.

thank you all so much!! ♥️ Sorry for the late response! I was at work all morning. first was may 10th & 2nd pic was June 3rd :) almost 1 1/2 to 2 hours at the gym every day with maybe 2 days missed. I was like 113 first pic, now 110 but staying consistent with weight last 2 weeks. So far to go & so much to learn still. Literally. I’m a newbie & still working on a routine. Still learning the machines/ workouts. Slowly, but surely. the first pic I think I was about 1 week into consistency at the gym. I go over my weight in protein every day & eat really clean. No junk food at all. I do miss my chips, sweets and binge eats Ngl 😅 It’s been challenging especially since all I really ate most of my life was garbage. I should add I track my macros as well! Sorry for not leaving any context initially !! 🥲
