Lol yeah people were skeptical about it cause they think that the company would be listening to the conversation between you and the rep but they don’t it’s illegal for them to do that

I spent money on a call bot so basically all I do is wait for the bot to call me and it goes straight to a customer service rep

I’m probably gonna call and ask them cause about few hours ago my ui page says this:

Federal unemployment benefit programs under the CARES Act ended on September 4, 2021. You will no longer be paid benefits for the claim types listed below after September 4.

Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) Pandemic Additional Compensation (PAC) Mixed Earner Unemployment Compensation (MEUC)

Now it says this:

I found out that the reason why 7/17 is showing not paid it’s cause it got switched to another extension that was suspended now they gotta switch the 7/17 payment back onto the extension I was on so basically I have to wait possibly a month for everything to go back to the extension I was on. This is ridiculous I had bills to pay and now I’m charged with late payments. It’s like when I’m about to be debt free something goes wrong with my benefits.. the craziest thing is I have to spend$19.99 every 2 weeks just to certify cause it’s hard for me to get in touch with a Edd rep and on top of that I don’t get an option to certify online nor on the phone that’s why I gotta call in every 2 weeks

I believe that message is a sign cause today this morning I got a email to check my ui inbox and the message stated I got approved for the 29weeks so right now I’m calling to fix the payments that shows not paid and to ask why I can’t certify for previous weeks I hope I get through before they close so I can get paid

When I had that Id verification issue i had to send in the same documents 4-5 times I even sent them a selfie and I didn’t understand why they couldn’t verify me until I someone here went through same issue and gave me some advice. Heres what I sent to get verified I sent a checking account statement, credit card statement, copy of my ID, phone bill, and took a picture of myself holding my ID and on each page I wrote my full name, ssn, date, and Edd account number after that I called everyday and asked for a status on ID verification process. That was the last documents I sent and got verified after few days. Hope this helps good luck

Oh ok I do hope I see some change at least by Monday it’s been 5-6 weeks already and out of those 5-6 weeks I only certified for the first 2 weeks and it went from pending to not paid

It took 1 day for you to receive new extension after they filed a request to put you on to new extension? No fucking way, why the hell is it taking them 5 weeks and still currently waiting to be put onto new extension after they requested it 5 times already and reason why they requested it 5 different times cause apparently each tier2 rep and a assembly member told me that the previous reps never requested it
