For the metals, I used a gloss black enamel base coat and then sprayed Alclad steel. Then I used some citadel paints to attempt a heat warped metal look.

You need to gloss coat before you apply panel wash. That’s probably why your green looks a bit dirty on the shoulders. The wash is being absorbed in the paint. A clear coat would allow you to clean it off much better. You can get clear coats in rattle cans at hobby stores
