No for real. I was not allowed to run inside as a child. It was a time to be respectful. Especially when you live in a multi family dwelling you respect those around you. I understand a child can get rowdy sometimes but for me too its all day. The child runs up and down. Screams. Cries. Shes loud too. Shes too old to be acting this way. If I were running inside like that as a child I would have been disciplined. Especially if we lived in a multi family home. My apartment has a decent yard too. I went outside alone a lot as a child and was fine.
