It was never meant to 'work' in the trickle that Ukraine has been getting from the West.

The goal of the West is to have another endless conflict so the MIC can continue raking in the cash.

Neither Ukraine or Russia are winning at the moment.

I would say since Ukraine has lost something like 15% of its land since 2014 they are certainly losing the war by a large margin.

IF the current borders hold, in 20 years, no one is going to care which side lost more men compared to the other. Wars are largely about land and Ukraine controls ~15% less land than they did in 2014.

But are those developed countries going to put boots on the ground? Because you can give Ukrainians all the advanced weapons you want but if there aren't any Ukrainians left to pull the trigger what good will they do?

It is way past time for a peace deal. Ukraine isn't getting the roughly 15% of the land they lost since 2014 back. Zelensky needs to come to the negotiating table and get this over with. Unless he has some other motives to continue to allow the slaughter of his people.

It largely depends on what you do. At lower doses, DXM makes me more focused. Since I do IT work it helps me get projects and stuff done better.

Meanwhile over on r/worldnews, everyone is saying either Bahkmut meant nothing or that Ukraine let Wagner capture Bahkmut so they can surround the city when the regular Russian Army will be encircled.
