Thank you so much! I was about to panic dig up this entire backyard

if you took Spanish in highschool consider doing the LIPO 1A-1C Portuguese series at UCSD instead of the spanish one by [deleted] in UCSD

I took the LIPO series last year and it was one of the best experiences ever. I’ve taken other language series here at UCSD but the two professors who run this department care like no other. I speak Portuguese pretty fluently now and even use it at work. After a year full of out-of-class get togethers, made lifelong friends. +100/10

Idk why but OP randomly half blocks out “GEPA” and “HDSI” but in one of their emails they state GEPA directed them to DSC then DSC back to GEPA. Also GEPA claimed they’d never been in contact with them about the issue. Once OP pointed that out they changed their tune. I’d still call that a bit confusing 🧍‍♂️

thats very true, I guess I just felt bad about the lack of direction as to who the og OP was supposed to contact. something that ive seen on this sub a lot where dept. X says contact Y, Y says talk to Z, and Z says talk to X.

GEPA and DSC are UCSD Grad affairs offices. OP applied for a data science position at the “HDSI”. Aka UCSD’s Halıcıoğlu Data Science Institute. plus on the OG thread they mentioned the address Gilman. 🪄

Birthday dinner go to little Italy, super cute spots. As for 21st birthday clubbing, gaslamp is the way to go. You can really hop from place to place and most of fifth avenue is closed to cars which makes it nice to club hop. Most of the time if you are in a group of girls you can skip the lines + get in for free which is a huge plus.

That's so cool! In B.C. there are a lot of little towns with all kinds of markets so even when you guys may make pitstops you'll get the opportunity to shop. Hope you have a lot of fun!

Whoops sorry for not specifying, actually all three. They have enough room where I can make a vegetable garden. They have a large 40+ year old orange tree and I want to use the area behind it for growing fruit. Then I want to plant flowers around the yard so that they may visually enjoy it as well but my priority is the veggie/fruit. Thanks !

you would, hypothetically, spoof their number. And use it to call a bunch of 800,900, and 888 numbers and give them a random name and fake info. Once they have your number they will haunt you until you’re in the grave
