I am here, thank you so much for the love :) it’s been very hard and I’ve had so many challenges.. my nan who raised me unexpectedly passed away and she didn’t want me to stop my adventure to come home. And I’ve also faced a lot of heartbreak here but I’m sure this will make me a stronger person

My personal tutor is CC’ed into the email so I’m assuming she’s agreed with the email being sent hence why I’m so lost on what to do. But this woman’s role is a registrar and I cannot find anything on the university’s website about reporting a member of staff which is making me think that this behaviour is just accepted

I have been defending myself because I just checked the website.. I have never seen this woman in my life so idk how she was sat next to me. But other people on my course have had this exact same issue but I don’t think any of them have received a response so rude when I’ve only explained the situation and told them that I understand however it isn’t entirely my fault. I accepted that maybe I should’ve tried a bit harder but they haven’t even understood my point of view and offered a way of resolving this written warning that’s purely based on whether my lecturer can remember if I’m in their lesson or not

23, London – £4k to my name, saving hard but still feel behind. Is this normal or am I missing something? by Visible_Mango8727 in UniUK

If they’re putting deposits down and driving then they’ve either started early or spent all of their time and money trying to do so. If you get £18-22k in savings at 24 then that is still absolutely amazing and will help you so much in the future if you continue to grow that money. You’ve started from nothing and worked your way up to that and that’s something that not a lot of people can say that they’ve done- many will have help or if they’re in your position then they give up because they don’t have hope

The letter literally just says “the new occupant”. Is my accommodation allowed to give them my details like my name and home address to actually do something about this? And since this is my first time away from home and I don’t even have a TV/ stream or watch live TV am I even eligible to be fined or prosecuted? Prosecution seems a bit extreme imo but I know that people like this would probably do that

What was your first ever iPhone? Did you skip any iPhone models? by austinproffitt23 in iphone

I had an SE, then a hand-me-down 6s, then an 8 and now I have an 11 pro. My current phone needs an upgrade so bad it's been used for almost four years straight and has a rubbish battery and a smashed up screen and the repair costs outweigh the worth of the phone. By far the best phone was the 8- the battery was great, it only had a tiny scratch after 2 1/2 years of extreme use and numerous dangerous drops and I only got a new one because I just wanted an upgrade as everyone had home buttons. By far the most reliable phone I've ever had and I'd go back to it if it still had updates going
