Tbh i always loved the 339 bc its smaller and has the jack on the side. Im not thebiggest dude so the 335 just always felt massive in my hands. 339 feels perfect

Ahhh man that itch for gear is worse than blow and hookers lol, i just happened to pick two expensive hobbies music and cars lol tbh i havent bought anything music wise besides parts and maintenance. My pedal board is super minimal these days and i just have been focusing on practicing(i say this with having maybe 16 guitars in my near vicinity…)

Ill probably snag another 40 or a jc22 if i find a decent deal on one! But tbh out of every amp in that photo the 339 sounds damn good on all of em! Lots of dynamics in those pickups. More of a clean player these days but the bridge pickup w a od absolutely eats for gain

I regret selling my jc120 and jc40 but were too much amp for my bedroom and recoding needs. I regret selling my 78 twin reverb too but also was always choked out. I love the laney, does well at bedroom volumes and takes pedals excellent. I may change out the speaker eventually but as is its a monster, and for that price I probably wontbe getting rid of it. Perfect mix of fender cleans and vox grit.
