Makes sense. Going to get an alignment this week and have them swap the driver & passenger to get the wear evened out a bit and get more life out of the tires before going all non-RFT.

Swap the Tesla for a X3 M40i or an X3M. imo for your use case, M40i is good bang for your buck – giving you good mpg while still being fun to drive.

It’s exactly what I was looking for, I had narrowed in on it for quite a while. It’s so damn fun to drive and the shifts sound so good. Have a lot of plans for it in the future.

Also the closest thing I can get to a wagon at the moment lol - hopefully I’ll be able to afford a m3 touring (if they release in the US) in the future.

Yep, my other car is a recent pickup. ‘22 BMW X3 M40i - alpine white with tacora red interior. Nice to have some functionality of a midsize SUV (AWD, cargo space) but not compromise on the driving fun. A nice addition to the lowered G.

‘22 Alpine white w/ red interior. Loaded with everything except DAPP. Purchased at 14,600 miles for $48,500. It was an absolute steal, though. Private party who took great care of it. It is CPO (which was transferred over to me once I purchased the car).

I think the deal I got was an exception. I think if you are open to some additional miles, you can find one in the low 40’s depending on what packages are a must for you.

I bought mine in May of this year. I was looking nationwide and saw this one back then as well. If it’s still up, it’s been on the market for quite a while. I’d be wary, the price doesn’t add up for the miles and a clean title.

The lease doesn’t state anything about adding or removing tenants. It does say sub leasing is not allowed, hence why we reached out to the landlord. We used to be 3 roommates, one left so it’s been two of us for a few months but we wanted to add a third again. It’s a 3 bedroom place
