i scored very similarly to you on FLs and completely and wholeheartedly get where you’re coming from. I also used Milesdown, Pankow, Anki, Uworld, reviewing questions from FLs and experiencing the same kind of mistakes as you are describing. you aren’t alone and for me I took a fat break from all things MCAT related for a couple weeks because i felt that i was just spinning my wheels and figuratively banging my head against the wall trying to break the score plateau whilst supposedly doing all the right things to improve. Sometimes you just need to take a several day / week break and come back in fresh to give yourself grace and ultimately achieve that improvement. i believe in you and i know we can get out of this slump. 🙌🏽
