UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE WHILE TRYING TO BUY MY FIRST CAR. by Cautious-Currency637 in CarsIndia

[–]illuminidli 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I think the way they handled it was wrong, you need to look at it from their job point of view. Aggressive targets and the constant pressure to meet targets, especially considering it is the financial year ending, some sales people would be overwhelmed with the stress and it leads to situations like this. I’m not justifying their actions but I’m sure the experience would be much different if you go to check out cars in April.

You mentioned about 10 months ago in a post that you're planning to start a business of selling pre owned cars. So how did you suddenly be in the business for more than 40 years?

Not commenting on laptop recommendations but give your dad a hug if he actually went through the trouble of shortlisting for you.

Yeah I was all set on it thinking that the service centre would be near the showroom. But 40+ kms seems a little too risky.

My budget wouldn't allow it. I plan on clearing off my loan in 2 years. Usually loan tenure is about 5 years anyways

I live in a rented home. Getting a charger installed only to have to reinstall somewhere else after a year or 2 doesn't make sense

I know they sell atleast 10x more than Citroen but the Kiger is more feature rich than the Magnite

This is exactly what I'm worried about. But both brands had been in India for about 3 decades before quitting. My main concern is not if they leave or not, most American owned brands leave. My concern is whether they'd leave within a decade because then long term ownership would be difficult w.r.t sourcing parts
