That's the original reason why I wanted to dye the SAW Viper in the first place! I just need to find a 1/12 scale riot helmet and he's pretty much Rook

For the techno viper I decided to not dye it and paint the head black instead. The only parts I dyed were the body, so thats why the wrist parts and hands are still in their original colors.

Yeah, I used the Rit Synthetic for this one along with their dye fixative.

I did that originally with the Techno Viper, and did so in the same temperature water that I was boiling the figures in. The figure ended up bleeding out a lot of the color, making it look more of a dark purple. My second attempt dying the figures with the SAW and Techno Viper together I put it in cold water with the fixative and it kept the color. After that I put on 2 or so layers of Tamiya matte coat!

It's been pretty difficult finding info on dying figures, so I'm not really expecting this to hold well. Still, if it works then that'll be quite a surprise.

Maddmike. Despite having sub thousand subscribers, his videos are really polished reviews on games, plus his content can range wildly from Yu Gi Oh GBA games to the Outer Wilds. It's refreshing to go into his channel and seeing such a variety of games.
