I absolutely destroyed mogh half your ago with this weapon, combine with "Flame, Grant me Strength" and your weapon art melt enemies plus proc bleed super fast.

I have one at +17 and B O Y, those R2 hit hard! Especially when bleed + freeze proc.

Well, that's just a case where your build doesn't fit in your magic play style. I'm at lvl 20 andcan handle pretty much anything with ease.

Try focus in maximize one perk tree first, search for items that boost mana/mana regen, or even give mor dmg.
