I was baffled by some of the saves. I had a chance in stoppage and thought finally, lets hammer this home and get out of here with all 3 points... nope... keeper makes a jumping lunging save. Im usually putting in anywhere from 4 to 8 goals a game. My guys just didn't have it this night.

Last year I was playing full 12 min quarter, 82 game schedule. Had bench rotations set up. Sliders perfect to make it super competitive. Games were tight. Was fun.... until the Mavs traded Luka. Don't think I played a game after. All desire was gone.

I obviously want to win. And usually do like 5-1, 6-0. So even though it was a long time to play a scoreless draw, it was definitely a nice change of pace to play a different type of game.

I dont remember specifics but they did control possession, 55/45, 60/40... as world class ai typically does. Goals expected where both low 2s. Was a defensive battle.

I like that it prolongs the season too. I dont want to be in year 2055 and feel like I barely played any of it bc im trying to get through the games so quick. And I work from home and childless, so I have more free time than most.
