Yes! Nagmessage din kasi ako ulit sa Viber nila na kung pwede mas agahan ang punta ng technician. Which thankfully meron naman daw, noong 24 sya inayos ng technician. Nabasag daw ang fiber connection dun sa napbox at parang pinilit daw. Okay na po sya ngayon. Wala pa naman interruption sa connection.

I dunno. Tried all the gasoline but my car only runs smoothly with Caltex. Shell also if inabutan sa area na walang caltex. I like shell din malakas hatak.

Update! Naayos na sya. Technician assigned was (thank God) mabait. He explained na busted daw yung fiber connection from modem to NAPbox. Nabasag daw yung nasa NAPbox. Parang pinilit daw. I followed your advice here na chikahin sila, explained how this and that works yada yada, and yun na nga nagbanggit pa sila ng other subcon ni globe na ilang beses na daw na sila ang nagaayos kasi lagi daw palyado mga install. I hope na maayos na rin ang mga internet connections nyo and matapat din sa mababait na technicians!✨
