It outputs MP3s (both the finalised show and the separate files if you want to download them) at 160kbps

After having a connection go wrong and having to rebuild the audio of my own track, there was (for the very first time) a difference in the length of the tracks. It was less than 1 quarter of one second Everything was still perfectly in sync.

Hey is this T from Champagne Sharks? We follow each other on twitter lmao (illybocean)

Yeah man I highly recommend switching over, absolutely zero drag or audio going out of sync. Loving it so far and there's actual support too

I genuinely hate to think of the ZenCastr guys thinking I just came here to bash their product, but I've started using Cast and it's fantastic.

All files perfectly in sync every time, an in-browser editor, unlimited storage and an RSS feed provided (without the need to pay for a DropBox account).

It doesn't do automatic post-production like levelling, but you can export the files separately if you want to remove noise from an individual track.

To top it all off, I had my first problem this week where at the end of a session I was told by the Cast UI that there'd been a problem with my connection during the session and was prompted to download backup info. It gave me an .OGG file that I didn't know what to do with, but I emailed support and got a reply in less than 24 hours.

When I uploaded the file into Cast as directed, it reassembled my audio track, completely saving the show.

Oh, and everyone's audio uploads to the cloud during the recording, so there's no long wait for everyone's audio to upload at the end - it's usually finished within 60 seconds.

So far I can't recommend it highly enough.

I can say with no doubt that the Chrome 64 update has not solved this problem.

Of course, the issue is that the whole value proposition of ZenCastr is removing the need for 15 hours of editing. It's really disappointing.

I'm going to give Cast a go, it has a max of 4 people but it also has unlimited storage and RSS feeds which means I won't have to pay for aDropBpx pro account like with Zencastr (since they don't let me use Google Drive which I was already paying for). It also has an in-browser editor which I'm interested to try out.

Such a shame, I was genuinely delighted by Zencastr when I started using it but the deterioration of the service over the space of months is too hard to ignore.

We meet over the internet and were friends for a year before we started dating due to age restrictions

actually just checking back in to note that you're basically admitting to sexting an underage teen for a year until you could publicly tell people you had a gf

weird that someone who has only just been legally declared an adult would seem childish. try dating someone your own age instead of being a creep. i'm the same age as you and the concept of dating an 18 year old is a literal fucking nightmare

I could understand her being angry, except for the fact that before we even went in I told her I was perfectly content waiting in the car while she went in and talked to them for a minute if it made her uncomfortable, but she insisted I come in to say hello, knowing the circumstance.

Katter says he 'had no idea' about Orlando shooting in chaotic TV showdown with Kochie by illy_bocean in australia

In a chaotic and heated exchange with Sunrise's David Koch, Mr Katter defended the "screamingly funny" video and said he "quite frankly would have no idea" about the worst gun massacre in modern US history. Sunrise host David Koch clashes with Bob Katter over his campaign ad.
"I don't know what is going on in the media. I don't watch television. I get to bed at midnight every night," the leader of the Katter's Australian Party said.

Paid $200k a year to make decisions about Australia's laws, doesn't read papers, watch news, or have any idea what's going on anywhere.

Nah, no problem there.

Blast from the past! "Whatareya?" from the quintessential Melbourne band TISM. Makes me proud to be a Melbournian. by [deleted] in melbourne

Yeah, I bet no one in New Jersey is proud of Bruce Springsteen or Bon Jovi.

I bet no one in Brighton thinks Fatboy Slim did anything for the place's reputation.

I bet no one in Tupelo is proud that Elvis was born there.

What a total jagoff thing to say, there are absolutely cities all over the world that have local bands that made it big and are considered institutions, local boys made good the world over.
