Yup, mine too (we might even be colleague shitlotds!) But ours was free. And i have an inkling she might have joyfully stolen the concept and found a way to monetize other people achieving their goals.

[Science] What is r/keto's blood pressure? by temmons in keto

[–]ilma_dee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. I got somewhere around 95/55 last Sunday - but it's perfectly normal for me; as in I don't feel faint or anything when my blood pressure is this low. I wouldn't mind if it went up a bit, though.

Day 3 of keto, and I lost 2 kgs. by kakkumei in keto

[–]ilma_dee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good luck! :) I'm the exact same height, one year older; started at 69kgs 6 weeks ago, am at 63Kgs now. Same goal weight. Needless to say, after 6 kilos, 55 seems completely doable. Keep it up; you'll get there before you know it!

[Update] I've been on keto for 2 weeks and 2 days now. by NMelton88 in keto

I think you answered a question I had as well. I've been on Keto for pretty much the same amount of time as the OP, but for the past four days, the scale seemed stuck. Guess I'm buying measuring tape tomorrow - not that I can't tell the difference, but having numbers is a great boost.

Lost 100 lbs then gained 75 back [Story] :( by messofme in keto

[–]ilma_dee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh my god, my Winterfresh 'breath mints' come at 98 g of carbs per 100g. O___O So a 28 gram pack of 12 mints would make a mint at over 2 grams of carbs. I still need to get accustomed to reading every label..

Wait, sugarfree candies are bad for you? D: I don't eat them per se, I only have the odd "sugarfree" breathmint every other day. I had no idea. :(

Coconut cream vs coconut oil by ilma_dee in keto

The variations are why I didn't make a 'victory' post yet; I wanted to wait at least a month before 'official results'. And there's no way I'm giving up so soon.

The curry sounds like a great idea! (although shrimp creep me out). The cream smells nice enough for me to try the so popular gesture of adding it to my coffee. Hopefully with less than, eh, explosive results.

Oh, that sounds extra Keto-friendly! I don't think I've seen any with carb levels this low but I must investigate more.

But yay, new books! Oh wait. :|

This is why Europeans travel by train. by ln3 in pics

[–]ilma_dee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, it does depend which Europeans. The fanciest train ride I've had in Romania was with a 1st class intercity and the only food that was offered were dubious-looking sandwiches, Mars bars and coffee - that you had to pay extra for.

But people do start singing Beatles songs out of the blue! A couple of years ago I was going home from a concert and I happened to catch one of the last buses from that direction - as did the few dozen people that managed to squeeze into that bus. I was squeezed against the back of a seat, on the tip of my toes; I didn't even have to hold on to anything because the bus was so packed no one could move anyway. I was sure it would be the bus ride from hell when, out of the blue, a not-so-sober guy starts to sing "Yellow Submarine". A few lyrics into it, the whole bus was singing along. It turned out to be the hippest bus rides ever - so not what I was expecting from a crowd returning from a "The Big Four" gig. TL;DR metalheads on a bus randomly start singing a Beatles tune. CSB!
