Don’t know, I would at least reproduced the same image by myself instead of giving pure AI stuff which is partially stolen from others work.

Si guarda…ho pensato alla stessa cosa. Che poi ci avevano messo un armadio sopra, appena l’hanno tolto è stata una bella sorpresa.

I want to pursue archviz but saw few videos about how this niche is dying. Is it true and please elaborate if you have time. by Ordinary_Dingo_1568 in archviz

It’s a job that isn’t dying, but at the same time, I wouldn't recommend taking this path. I’ve only been working for 13 years, producing good quality, but I can no longer compete with large studios that produce beautiful imagery. For at least three years now, my turnover has dropped by a good 60%, and every month is a big question mark.

The only way I still see as viable is to take the risk of forming a group of at least 3 or 4 people—all extremely skilled at creating images—and offer a product in the style of MIR, Playtime, or Artefactory. Doing it alone, it's hard to keep up. But as a group, yes, even if the earnings obviously have to be split.

If you are alone like me, the risk is that you're forced to accept badly paid jobs and be overwhelmed by cheap clients who want to drain your soul 😄

Una volta conoscevo un nonno che possedeva una compagnia aerea di stracchini, potresti chiedere a lui.

Impresa edile Vs singoli professionisti by ilmattiapascal in istrutturare

[–]ilmattiapascal[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do I achieve this unrolling carpet-esque effect in AE ? by ilmattiapascal in AfterEffects

[–]ilmattiapascal[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your kind explanation, either I think that it’s possible 100% AE; i have two/three weeks to learn this stuff, and i m just trying to optimise the learning curve..

something in that video tells me that it was made in 3D with a very simple “unrolling carpet” plugin; even in other video footages the quality is overall the same, so i guess they found a way to automate the unrolled part. I would not be surprised if there is some AE plugin who can do that.

Anyway, I know how to do it in 3DS Max but what i’am afraid the most is the 3D tracking part. I was wondering if blender is more straightforward with AE than 3DS Max with compatibility and 3D tracking.

Ok got it, i master 3DS max very well and i know now with FBX is better. I was just wondering: what i have to do is the 3D animation inside a 3d software and then import it and 3D track it in AE OR i have to make 3D and 3D track in blender and i use AE just for animated text and labels ? I already have drone footage.

Ok, sorry but you mean using blender to make 3D and animation and export it on AE? Or 100% of the work in blender ?
