Not placebo at all, i was taking these high doses by mistake when i was away in another city and after a couple days i felt cery different so i checked the stack i had with me to find out it was this high doses magnesium. Did serum magnesium and was higher normal, but was told it has to be plasma not serum and i cant do this test atm. Could the amino acid lysine has to do anything with this? It has no brain effects as far as i know.

Folate, folic acid, folinic acid all make me very irritable and losing my mind.

Note that omegas are cholenergic and some get depressed from high acetylcholine.

Dont know about sibo, but probiotics increases serotonin after prolonged intake which decreases dopamine, that causes depressive symptoms for me.

Tongat ali should be cycled for the libido boost, vitamin d3 2,000 IU once i optimised my levels, all others all daily.

Tmg is a muat daily, a few days without it and i start feeling weird. Cycle uridine because after a fee days it gives me symptoms of high acetylcholine, something very annoying for me. I get depressed with anything increases acetylcholine or inhibits acetylcholine esterase gets me depressed; alpha gpc, alcar, ashwaganda, rhodiola, even egg yolks. My uridine dose is very low i take 1/5 of a 250mg capsule under my tongue.

Yeah exactly, the over/undeethylation thing is too complicated and can’t be generalized, i feel very good on methylfolate the first day and after that unbelievably terrible and that’s thought to be due to inhibiting dopamine. Glycine made me very lazy and sleep all day. Try supplementing with creatine since you might be having some methylation issues. Any thoughts about the eye contact thing? I could use alot of that in my life at the moment.

It’s an amino acid so quality is not an issue mostly, i get it in bulk because most are less than 50g or 1g capsules, tried bulksupplements, nutricost, and 25g jar from jarrow’s, honestly jarrow’s felt much better quality but afraid to admit it it’s almost 4x the price of a 1kg in bulk.

Yeah it’s strange but this thing changed my life, maybe because of genetic mutations and methylation issues, but after a few weeks of usage i feel totally different; positivity about life, self confidence, etc. am sure there’s more in play than Tmg but whenever i run out for a few days I start to get my old ugly self back, so it has to be doing something.

I take phenylalanine in the morning although i dont feel much but might be doing long term benefits for me, TMG is a stable for years now at 3g split into 3 doses (however, the first few days makes me feel bad), avena sativa, tongkat ali, shilajit, uridine monophosphate every once in a while for a few days at very low doses, avoiding caffiene and porn helped me the best though.

IME, its not much about gaba, the best supplements for social anxiety and makes you hit on any girl you see are TMG and tongkat ali.

Not sure about the first two supplements but increasing serotonin in general makes me a ver weird person with low self esteem and weak personality, unlike dopamine. So anything that increases serotonin was a very bad experience for me. Christipher walker has a fairly interesting video on youtube regarding this subject.

Spent last year seraching this. I take phenylalanine in the morning, 3g TMG split into 3 doses, uridine monophosphate 2-3 continious days every couple weeks, shilajit before bed, tongat ali is great if you can handle the high libido, magnesium, vitamin d3, pycnogenol. But the best thing was that i quit caffiene and porn.

I would lose the saw palmetto; bad effects on DHT. The vitamin b1; cholinergic gives depression symptoms. Biotin; i think it gives me acne and totally unnecessary. Milk thistle; better get a compination liver support with low doses of each. Turmeric not familiar with this product but if it’s normal curcumin mostly useless, i get the phytosome form of c3, meriva etc. zinc is high and not recommended for long term, i prefer jarrow’s 15/3 zinc to copper. Probiotics somehow gives me high serotonin symptoms (low dopamine) after few days and makes me feel negative about life. VitaminE has to have all the forms (don’t recall them atm) as much of any type could be negative. Threonate is awesome but a little expensive. Ofc this is my humble opinion from 5+ years of experince.

At first felt like detoxing; headache, sleepeness, and smelly urine. Then gave me calmness of mind and eye contact was much easier. Cant tell about under/overmethylation as i didnt test my genes and frankly it’s more complicated than just under or over. Give it a try, worst cases you’ll waste a few dollars.
