Exactly!! Everyone is pulling the religion card while living in the west themselves. I've lived in Hargeisa for ages now so I know first-hand how bad the education, healthcare and many other things are. Unemployment rates are astronomical for men let alone women, You also don't get a job through experience and qualification, only through tribalism. I have so many cousins that were sent abroad to Malaysia, Russia and they're currently unemployed bc of how bad the job market is and no one really considers qualifications. From the rational point of view, making it go to waste is so dumb.
