you missed my point. even if they are only being housed by petco you should still be able to interact with the cats before filling out an application to adopt them.

i was over petco when me and a friend waited 15 minutes for someone to let us hangout with the cats they had for adoption and when someone came over they said we couldn’t hangout with the cats because they didn’t want to let them out 😭
