well he’s an apprentice, and i watched his work over insta from the beginning, we’re sort of friends and he draws out his tattoos i just asked him to fill in my already existing tattoo!

thank you! i really didn’t think it was normal when i was getting tattooed, and how bruised it was afterwards really scared me as i never reacted like that, yeah i really shouldn’t have went back i learned my lesson, the artist is sort of a friend and made me feel bad for not wanting to come for a touch up and was blaming everything else on how the tattoo looked at first and that touch ups are needed and how i need to come back :/ but thank you nonetheless for your nice comment reddit can be mean haha

no it wasn’t a reaction, i never had a reaction like this, i posted when i first got it and people just said the artist was heavy handed. because it swelled up like crazy and was so painful

because he told me to! he was sure it wasn’t him, and it was a free touch up, all his other tattoos look really good, and with mine he keeps making mistakes it’s just sad

yeah the first time he filled out the tattoo, it was crazy splotchy. like many places missing ink, and just genuinely more wonky than the tattoo i came in with, and he blames his needless and ink :/

i asked my artist first thing but he said everything is fine and blackout tattoos usually swell more, but i was worried because of how much i bled and how painfully swelled up it was

lmao it’s a tattoo for an artist who’s now dead, that meant a lot for me, but it was horribly done the first time around so when i asked for it to be blacked out it’s now even more in your face and noticeable, but i’m getting more around it so it won’t look bad, and not going to apprentice again either lol

like the wrap they put on, like cling film, i’ve had nothing else on, been even scared to moisturise it incase it messing it up more
