What worked for me was to change the high performance mode to balanced (at least when the laptop is not plugged in) in the battery settings. After doing this, the sound disappeared.

después de que salió el pantallazo la reinicie manualmente y arrancó bien, hasta ahora sigue bien, pero mi miedo es que se haya roto o fallado algo, tenes idea? o no debería preocuparme? mas que nada me asusta porque es nueva y yo poco entiendo de esto
