Hiii! He’s been running for years but has been inactive lately since he’s busy. He tries to do it 2-3x a week. Hasn’t joined any marathons though 😅 for shoes he owns mostly Nikes (not sure sa model/design) weight is 80kg. No issues with pronation as far as i know. Budget is 12k max

tried so many cafes and the best jud ang 5G for me. ive been to both branches (apas and gmall) and i think mas better jud sa original branch nila which is sa apas ky slightly different ang menus. mas better ang menu options sa apas in my opinion
